ICFC Charity Triathlon
As part of the Icklesham Casuals FC 75th Anniversary celebration year the club has committed to raise £7,500 for a number of local and national charities, the charities have been chosen due to being close to the hearts of our club members, families and associated friends.
To set themselves a bit of a challenge Martin Tytherleigh, Mike Beaumont (Bill) and Val Newman are going to attempt a Triathlon based around the 75 year theme. The route will be Hastings to Abeville (France) and back, between them cycling 750km, Running 75km, and Swimming 7.5km over 2 days.

75th Anniversary Reunion - Saturday, 16th June 2012
Due to unfortunate circumstances we are no longer able to hold the evening celebration on the 16th June in the Memorial Hall at Icklesham.
This has therefore been switched to the Lodge at Winchelsea. We are sure this will still be an evening to remember.

75TH ANNIVERSARY CHARITY FUND RAISING UPDATE
The amount raised to date has now passed the £3000 mark and stands at £3110.38. The Club would like to thank everyone who has supported the fund raising efforts so far.
The courses for the '75 Hole-in-a-Day' golf event on 25th June are now confirmed as Sedlescombe and the Weald of Kent. Please take time to check the website page showing those who have kindly backed the event so far. We would like to have all 75 holes sponsored by the time the event takes place. Anyone interested in sponsoring a hole please contact David Mayne or Bob Baker.

75th Anniversary Brochure
The 75th Anniversary Brochure is now available and contains over 40 pages of information including an in depth history of the Club, details of the 75th celebrations, photographs, appearance records and a 75th anniversary quiz.

ICKLESHAM CASUALSFOOTBALL CLUB
75 HOLES IN A DAY GOLF EVENT
As part of the Club’s 75th Anniversary Celebrations during the 2011-12 season we are looking to raise £7500 over the year for a number of different charities including St. Michaels Hospice, the Motor Neurone Disease Association as well as a number of other local charities.
One fund raising event will be to play 75 holes of golf in a day which it is planned will take place in June 2012 and we are looking for sponsorship for all 75 holes. This can come from either individuals or businesses and can be any amount of your choosing with a minimum donation of £10. All sponsors will be publicised on the Club’s website (www.icfc.co.uk) throughout the year, in the 75th Anniversary Brochure to be produced and in the local press which the Club’s intends to use to advertise the year of celebration. If you would like to sponsor a hole or know a local business who would be prepared to be a sponsor please e-mail the Club on ickleshamcasualsfc@hotmail.com or ring David Mayne on 01424 424986.
Once the date and venue for the golf event is confirmed, the details will be advertised and both past and present members of the Club are most welcome to take part in the day.
